Founded in 1995 in Portugal, Dikamar has been a pioneer in the production of high-quality work boots, combining innovation, durability, and comfort. In 2020, Dikamar took a significant step forward by expanding its operations to the US, opening a manufacturing facility in Ansonia, Ohio. This strategic move allows us to serve the American market more efficiently, providing local industries with premium safety footwear that meets and exceeds international safety standards.

Where are Dikamar products manufactured?
All Dikamar® products are manufactured at the company’s production facilities in Portugal (Pombal, Leiria) and the U.S. (Ansonia, OH), which allows the company to oversee the entire production process and ensure high quality standards. All products sold in the U.S. market are produced at our facility in Ansonia, OH.

The Dikamar Steel Toe® and Dikamar Trace Soft Toe® boot models are Dikamar’s most widely used boots in agricultural settings. These models are designed using Dikamar own PU formula, which ensures flexibility, high durability and thermal comfort - essential features for agricultural work that involves long hours in demanding conditions.
These models are certified to ASTM F 2413-18 H/I/C/SD/3S | ASTM F 3445-21 SR and ASTM F 2413-18, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

The Dikamar® boot, especially in white, is one of Dikamar’s most widely used colorways in the food industry. Designed with food processing environments in mind, this boot features PU technology, which offers high flexibility, excellent durability, and thermal comfort down to -22 °F.

Safety Standards
Are Dikamar boots compliant with U.S. safety standards (e.g., ASTM)?
Yes, all Dikamar® safety boots are designed to comply with U.S. safety standards, such as ASTM (e.g., ASTM F2413 for protective footwear). However, compliance may vary by model. Please refer to the specific product’s data sheet to confirm it meets the applicable ASTM requirements and the necessary safety classification (such as toe protection, puncture resistance).
What is the difference between the Soft Toe, Steel Toe and Full Safety levels?
These safety levels refer to specific protective features for Dikamar boots:

Maintenance and care
What is the correct way to clean Dikamar Boots?
Keep your Dikamar boots performing at their best with simple care habits. Follow our cleaning guide to maintain comfort, hygiene, and durability, helping you extend their lifespan and stay protected every day.

First care: At the end of each use, avoid leaving the boot dirty for too long. It will be exposed to waste and impurities, which will damage the life of the boot. You can quickly remove some dirt by tapping your feet, which will remove the most superficial and loose dirt.

Washing: You then need to wash the boots as effectively as possible. Use a hose to rinse the boots thoroughly. The pressure of the water will remove most of the dirt. Don't forget to rinse the sole of your boot well, it's on the underside of the boot where most of the dirt accumulates and where it's hardest to remove.

Interior lining: Regularly remove the insoles from your boots and wash them separately and leave them to dry naturally. Periodically replace the old insoles with new ones, but be careful to use the same model as the original.

Storage: Let your boots dry naturally, away from direct sources of heat or sunlight. The storage area should be dry, well ventilated and sheltered from the sun.
How long do a pair of Dikamar Boots last?
It depends on the type of boot you wear. Dikamar’s polyurethane boots (Dikamar, Dikamar Trace and Dikamar IcePack®) can last up to 4 times longer than a standard pair of PVC boots. Developed using Dikamar’s PU technology, which ensures flexibility, high durability and thermal comfort in polyurethane boots. In addition, proper use and regular cleaning are required.
Is it possible to repair Dikamar Boots?
No, it is not possible to repair Dikamar boots. You could try sticking a patch onto the boot, but it will not adhere to the polyurethane or PVC and will not work.
To ensure the required standards of safety and hygiene, particularly in professional settings, it is recommended that you replace the boots whenever they show significant wear and tear.

How can I place an order?
Start by selecting the product you are interested in. Choose your preferred size then add the item to your shopping cart. Next, fill in the fields with the necessary billing and shipping information and follow the payment instructions to complete your order.
What payment methods can I use?
Dikamar® accepts payments by Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna. The order will only be dispatched after receipt of payment.
Dikamar® guarantees the confidentiality and security of the data transmitted.
Can I cancel/change my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order. However, you cannot change your order once it has been paid for.
If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to geral@dikamar.com stating your intention to cancel the order.
Can I buy Dikamar products on a physical store?
Dikamar does not have its own physical stores.
Returns and exchanges
How can I return or exchange my order?
If you are not satisfied, you have within 30 days of your original purchase to exchange or return your boots. After receiving your return/exchange, we will review your request and respond within two days tops, so that you can proceed with the exchange/return by following the steps outlined on the sheet inside your box.

In the case of returns, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order.
Is there a cost to exchange or return an order?
No, at the Dikamar online shop, returns and exchanges are free of charge. The free return policy applies only to the first return; if you wish to exchange an item for a second time, we will charge you for the delivery costs.
Shipping and delivery
What is the delivery time?
Dikamar is committed to delivering the ordered items as soon as possible, between 3 and 5 working days. However, delivery times may be slightly longer during the holidays and public holidays. The order is sent to the address that the User indicates at the time of ordering. The delivery address cannot be changed from the moment the order is shipped. All orders require a signature upon delivery.
How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are free for purchases over $50. The shipping costs are added to the purchase price when this value is less than $50.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you should receive an email with tracking information.

No, Dikamar Corp USA only sells its products within the United States.
